We are aware that many schools face difficulties in recruiting and retaining staff. However, we view this area as one of strength for the Trust. All of our schools have a focus on the professional development of staff and clear pathways to leadership are in place for those who wish to pursue them.
The Trust operates its own in-house CPD programme called Leading Active Learning. The programme brings together staff members of all levels and from different schools within our hubs, to share best practice and celebrate colleagues’ achievements.
