With the outbreak of Coronavirus affecting many schools, the DfE have set up a helpline for schools which will be open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays and will complement the advice provided by Public Health England – the number is 0800 046 8687 and you can also email DfE.coronovirushelpline@education.gov.uk.
