Introduction to Coaching - Date TBC
As the first session in the Coaching project, delegates will leave with a clear understanding of what coaching is and the methods which can be used to implement this in schools. Delegates will be enabled to consider alongside their school leaders whether they take part in a wider, accredited route to become coaches in their school and possible work across the trust. The session is an introduction the project as well as a useful and practical introduction to coaching skills which can have immediate application in roles for middle and senior leaders in schools.
