Elaine Graham

I have worked in education for 25 years, across both primary and secondary schools. As Director of Operations at Neale Wade Academy, I am a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for finance, human resources, health & safety and the general business function of the school. I have successfully completed the National College's business management courses, along with a PGCE in Educational Leadership. In addition, I completed the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health's (NEBOSH), general certificate and I am an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Soon after I joined Neale Wade, the school was placed into special measures by OfSTED. As a result, I worked closely with the existing Principal to ensure the structures and systems were in place to enable the academy to reach and maintain its current 'good' status.
