Who is this course for?
The course is purposefully designed to be different from more traditional Headteacher programs, with no formal assessments or requirements, beyond being a current member of SLT. (e.g. Assistant or Deputy Headteachers and Heads of School).
Delivery
The course is delivered across three sessions, with one full day per term and additional time for reading book club texts.
Optional Mentor Scheme:
We offer an additional scheme that involves an extra day per term, which can take place within the delegate’s own Trust.
