Teri Tanner

Teri is an Assistant Head with 15 years’ experience of school leadership in primary, middle, secondary and specialist settings. Leading on Inclusion in all settings, she has vast experience of designing, delivering and quality assuring SEND and pastoral provisions. Her determined and focussed work to improve and support quality first teaching across the school has improved outcomes for all pupils. This was recognised by Ofsted in 2017.

Teri’s mentoring and coaching skills are invaluable when supporting colleagues whether they are new to teaching or highly experienced; her calm, thoughtful and professional approach is valued by all. Teri successfully completed the LALA programme in 2018.
