Rachael Morgan

Rachael is Head of the Maths Faculty. She began her career as a primary teacher, specialising in KS2 before making the leap into the secondary sector. She has been a maths specialist for 11 years, completing an accredited MDPT course at Nottingham Trent University for subject knowledge. She now teaches across KS3 and KS4 at both Higher and Foundation Tier, and has recently undertaken the teaching of Core Maths at Post 16. For the past 18 months, Rachael has been instrumental with her team working with the Cambs Maths Hub and taking part in CPD to enable the college to introduce mastery mathematics into their KS3 curriculum.
