James Crawley

James is an Assistant Principal who, before starting his new role in September 2019, was head of PE. During his time as PE lead he developed a department to be the strongest in the school. This was not only in terms of quality of education and teaching but also in terms of results. In 2019 all pupils in year 11 completed a PE based course with a level 2 pass rate of 88%. Since September, in his new post, James has been working to develop student aspiration and wellbeing. This has included working to further develop the school’s anti-bullying work and developing student and parent voice.
