Adam is Head of School at Highfield Ely Academy, an Area Special School within the Trust. Prior to this he led a 6th Form for young people with Special Needs. Adam also has considerable teaching experience with KS3/4/5 students with moderate learning difficulties. Adam has considerable experience with supporting staff on the development of EHCP plans for young people and in working with parents of those young people.
