Aleks Kaminska-Smith

Aleks is an experienced head of Maths faculty; she is a part of the academy’s extended leadership team focussing on supporting Oracy through implementing Kagan collaborative structures across curriculum. Aleks is currently working on her NPQSL project implementing and evaluating a programme aimed at improving engagement and progress of the LPA students at KS3. She has recently gained the status of Specialist Leader in Education and is using her coaching skills to share her good practice with less experienced colleagues in schools in the area.
