Lisa has been teaching for 20 years and has 13 years’ experience as a SENCO. Over the years she has developed a good understanding of how to support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Lisa is a member of the extended leadership team and has previous experience as a deputy head. Lisa has developed comprehensive systems to identify pupils’ needs so that pupils receive the support they are entitled to; whether that be in mainstream education or specialist provision. She has led CPD on numerous topics and has survived many an OFSTED inspection with the SEND department being identified as a strength of the school.
