- Summary
Linda Ellis is a Deputy Head teacher with an expertise in curriculum design and subject leader development (which was also the focus for the successful completion of her LALA project in 2018). She has embarked on a systematic programme of embedding a new broad and balanced curriculum whilst coaching and mentoring new subject leaders to take ownership of their own subjects, together with organising and leading bespoke CPD.
She has led on organising the Subject Leader Development Groups (SLDG) in the North Suffolk Hub of Schools and is a facilitator for the North Suffolk Hub NQT CPD meetings. Linda is also a teacher facilitator as part of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) drama project, using her skills to support teachers to embed drama across the school to support the teaching of vocabulary.
