Lisa Leeming

Lisa is a well-qualified and experienced Pastoral and Mental Health Lead Practitioner and a Designated Safeguarding Lead at Red Oak Primary School having worked in the education industry for the past 12 years. She has undertaken extensive training to enable her to best support the pupils, parents and staff at the school. Lisa is a Mental Health Champion and a qualified Mental Health First Aider (for Youth and for Adults) and this alongside the extensive CPD she has undertaken enables her to offer friendly, professional and knowledgeable support to children, parents and staff. Lisa works closely with many other schools in the area by attending Pastoral networking meetings where all good practices are shared and with many outside agencies and professionals by attending the Area Safeguarding Networking Forum ensuring the school is always at the forefront of any local updates.
