Emma Remblance

Emma is a Pastoral Support Leader supporting vulnerable families and children across our federation. Emma has many passions and her successes include:

• Support for children’s personal, social and emotional development. Emma leads interventions and bespoke social activities for individuals and small groups working throughout all year groups. This has impact on children’s wellbeing, reducing anxiety and increasing their readiness to learn (Leading Active Learning project)
• A particular passion to inspire our quieter girls to be confident and to succeed. Emma has led a “This Girl Can Campaign”, inspiring girls to be more physically active regardless of shape, size and fitness or body image. This has impacted hugely on confidence and self-esteem.
• Establishing a partnership with Girls Friendly Society (year 6 girls) to improve girls’ wellbeing and mental health, friendships, and give support with body change and body image, again this has impacted on confidence and self-esteem.
