Heather Paul

Heather is the Director of Post 16 and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, where her responsibilities also include personal development and CEIAG. During her career she has also been a Head of Year Seven and a Head of Science. Heather’s expertise lies in KS5 Biology teaching and this was enhanced over the last year, when she took on the role of SLE for Biology in Fenland. This involved hosting network meetings for colleagues from other schools, delivering CPD, and honing students learning skills. Heather is passionate about promoting independent learning with all of her KS5 students and with her pupils in KS3 and KS4. Heather introduced an Alumni programme and many of our ex-students now return to Cromwell Community College to inspire the next generation.
