Teri Pindible

Teri is an experienced and creative Year 6 Teacher, and a member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team. She is responsible for English, PSHE and RSE across the school. She successfully completed the LALA programme, with her focus on improving Greater Depth Writing helping improve attainment, progress and staff’s knowledge across the school and within the local hub. Additionally, Teri has introduced whole-class reading as an approach to Guided Reading, and since doing so, KS2 English results in the school have seen positive progress scores, and a high proportion of children scoring GDS in Reading at the end of KS2. Teri has also presented on these successful strategies at an ALT reading webinar to other schools in the Trust. She has successfully mentored student teachers and NQTs. Teri is currently a Suffolk County moderator for Writing.
