Esme Richardson

Esme is an highly experienced KS2 teacher, and Assistant Head with responsibility for Literacy, Phonics, and History. Esme has successfully worked with staff to complete and gain the Gold Award for Primary History. She has led the Year 4 Standards Meetings across the hub for the last 4 years thus supporting colleagues further. Her passion for Literacy and History is evident in her everyday practice; she advises children, staff and parents on suitable reading material, she organises events to enhance the areas she has curriculum responsibility for and supports staff through ongoing CPD opportunities and training.
