A presentation assembly was held at school yesterday where we were privileged to receive a Bronze Award from Suffolk Young Carers for Caring for the Carers. A s part of Young Carers Awareness Day, Radio Suffolk came into school and interviewed our young carers. The interview was broadcast on their breakfast show and they discussed the children’s role a young carer and how the school supports them and their families. This is a fantastic accolade for the school, the first primary school in Suffolk receive the bronze award. We are very proud of our Young Carers.
