Breakfast and After School Club Manager

Required for September 2020

Hours of work: 24 hours per week

Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 9.00 am and 3.00 pm –6.00 pm, including 1.5 hours each week for planning and administration on site)

 

We are seeking a dynamic, responsible, creative, enthusiastic and organised setting manager who will take overall responsibility for the overall running and day to day coordination of our Breakfast and After School Club. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager to be involved in the setting up of this facility to support our children and families. Cromwell Community College is already established and with the development of the primary phase will create the first all through school in Cambridgeshire.

 

This role will include supporting the staff, maintaining the strong relationship we have with school staff, being approachable to our parents and above all provide a safe, caring, stimulating and fun environment for the children in our care.

 

You will need to be well organised, have the ability to think strategically, work as a team and on your own initiative. This is a unique post with potential for the club to grow and develop over the coming years.

 

Salary: ALT GRADE E: (£19,363 - £20,344 fte based on the 2019 – 2020 pay scales)
